About us
The Lifelong Learning Institute-Manassas (LLI-Manassas) is a vibrant educational and social organization serving hundreds of enthusiastic seniors in Prince William County, Virginia. We are a non-profit, member-run organization that provides affordable educational and social opportunities in a friendly atmosphere to adults age 50 and over. We are affiliated with the Manassas campus of Northern Virginia Community College.
We offer two semester programs each year during the spring and fall. Drawing on resources from our members, local college faculty, and residents of the community, these programs include classes, discussion groups, social events, club activities, and occasional bus trips. Classes are held in the Manassas area at local churches, a community mosque, the Hylton Performing Arts Center, the Manassas Park Recreation Center, and the Manassas campus of Northern Virginia Community College. For a modest membership fee, members may register for and attend as many classes as desired each semester.
